Republican Anti-Gay bigotry exposed and complicated by Mitt

Quote:

Last week's blockbuster report in the Washington Post that Mitt Romney bullied a closeted gay classmate in prep school creates a bit of uncomfortable timing for House Republicans as they consider a reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act.

The House will vote this week on VAWA.

But rather than follow the Senate's lead, House GOP leadership will consider a pared-down version that does not extend protections to gay and lesbian victims of domestic abuse. House Republicans have insisted that such an extension was unnecessary.

Eff you and your hate and bigotry, current "Republicans". You are a shame to the party name, and the historical support of social issues the Republican Party has always proudly supported in the past.

Current "Republican" Party:

Motto: "Tax the poor, gift the rich"

Anti-gay
Anti-woman
Anti-middle class
Anti-poor
Anti-labor
Anti-unions
Anti-teacher
Anti-firefighter and police man
Anti-government employee
Anti-any-religion-other-than-conservative-Christian
Anti-health care
Anti-social safety nets
Anti-gambling and horse racing
Anti-independent choice - all choices are to be made by law by Republican Party as they know, in a Big Government way, what is "best" for American citizens

And based on Chris "Crisco" Christie, anti Horse Racing.

As a life-long Republican, who cannot wait to vote for Mr. Moderate Obama a second time, I cannot now think of any "pros" to the current incarnation of the Republican Party.

They tax more than the Democrats, they spend recklessly and foolishly (more than the Democrats), they hurt average Americans.

Can you list any "pros"? It seems like most of those in the party now consider those "anti-'s" a feature, not a bug. It's not longer the Republican Party, it's the John Birch Society.

Romney donor pulls support, backs Obama, over same-sex marriage

Posted by
CNN Political Reporter Shannon Travis

(CNN) – A well-known, openly gay supporter of Mitt Romney in New York has decided to withdraw his support for Romney and back President Barack Obama instead.

The clincher: Romney's stance on same-sex marriage.

"I feel that I no longer wish to support your presidential campaign and ask that you please return the maximum contribution that I gave to you last year," Bill White wrote in a letter addressed to the former Massachusetts governor and obtained by CNN.

"You have chosen to be on the wrong side of history and I do not support your run for president any longer," White added.

CNN contacted the Romney campaign but did not receive a response.

No it isn't and you can't prove it. You're a miserable dis-info troll.
