If you're too incompetent to get on a ballot or follow party delegate rules (yeah, Santorum and Gingrich, we're lookin' at you, too) they deserve no delegates. That's an intra-party fight. But man, what the GOP did to Santorum this cycle really sucks. They screwed him.
