This guy is unbelievable. Marion Barry said, "We've got to do something about these Asians coming in and opening up businesses and dirty shops."

it's not him that's unbelievable, but the voters who keep returning this guy to office in the city. i haven't lived up there in 18 years, but he was a clown long before i left-and i can't believe he's still in an office of any kind. he's a joke. we still use the words 'g-- dam- bitch set me up' when it's applicable.

His constituents don't care what he does. They don't care if gets caught smoking crack. They don't care if he's accused of stalking. They don't care if he doesn't pay his taxes, etc. When you look at his rap sheet, it is truly unbelievable. This guy is a total criminal. It is amazing that an electorate could be so tolerant of criminal behavior.

What is funny is that he is considered a civil rights leader. I guess he believes in civil rights for some groups but not Asians.

I'm from Northern Va., grew up during the former Mayor McKrak's run! The guy got caught on camera with hookers, and smoking Krak and walked outta court free, it was unreal! His comments are disgusting, maybe perhaps this time they'll kick him outta office for good, but i am not gonna hold my breath!:mad:
