Mitt Romney won't detail his budget plans because "then he'd lose"

Okay - these guys "running for President" are literally a joke, right? The Founding Fathers meant it when they said holding on to democracy took work on the part of the citizens, and now they are foolin' with us from the grave? In another month, Jeb Bush is gonna come out of the everglades and say, "Ha, fooled you, I'm really running!"?

Really, Mitt? We are supposed to take you seriously when you say you'll cut our government nearly in half, but you won't tell us which parts you'll cut, because then you'd lose the election?

And you want us to vote for that?

Mitt: I Won't Detail Plans, Because Then I'd Lose

Mitt Romney has embraced a budget plan that would entail cutting federal programs other than defense and Social Security by more than half. It does beg the question of how he plans to carry out such a sweeping goal. In an interview with the Weekly Standard, Romney says he'd eliminate a bunch of departments. But he won’t say which ones.

Jeb is NOT like W. Much more clever, I think, and more open on social issues, especially immigration. I wish we had had Jeb, rather than W. That would have been a far better 8 years.

W was a good movie. Bush was a little smarter than people give him credit for, but Cheney was our president.

I wish in real life we had had Jeb as pres, not W. A hell of a lot less dead and maimed Americans.

I just wanted to quote this for future reference/occasional chuckle.
