Who am I thinking of?
 

I can't remember the name of a filly from a few years ago so I thought I'd put it out to you guys. She was either in a 1 horse barn or close to it. Her trainer could do all sorts of things like pull on her tail and there was a picture of him playing around with her like that in the Bloodhorse I think. He gave her a lot of special attention and TLC. She had a great personality but not so much on the conformation, yet there she was doing well on the track. Graded earnings and such from what I recall. I can't remember what all her physical problems were, but they were noteworthy given her accomplishments. Does anybody remember who that was?

Yeeess thank you. I couldn't come up with it to save my life. Could've sworn she got graded earnings. Guess it was just stakes earnings. Whatever happened to her?

ETA: Okay just saw she's won some low level stuff as of last fall. Is she still racing? The lack of works in the last 2 months implies not.

The lack of works the past few months may simply be that she has taken the winter off from racing at Finger Lakes. The track up there closed in December and will open up for works shortly (in advance of the start of the track's racing season in mid-April).
