Ron Paul vs Obama..

Who would you vote for?

Ron Paul makes great sense, until he walks off the cliff of crazy. I could never vote for him. I'm not in favor of destroying our country and government as we know it.

I do like the way, in the debates, he's called out the war mongers for what they are, and pointed out when what they want to do is clearly illegal. So I like him hanging around, hope he stays through Carolina. But Paul has always been like that. 80% logical, 20% batshiat crazy. His son is my senator, he's completely useless.

Who would you vote for?

Paul.. I'll take 80% of getting things done vs 100% Politics as usual.

You don't make law from the Executive Branch. The Republican party alone, without the Democrats, would never let him do what he wants to do. Look at Paul's Congressional Record - he's only had one law passed (I'm pretty sure) in his decades of Congress. The rest have been too crazy to pass. That won't change. He's nothing new. Ron Paul has been the same for decades. He want to eliminate government.

I think Paul and Huntsman will do well in New Hampshire. They don't like Romney, so Huntsman is the "intelligent" Romney, and Paul will get the "live free or die" anti-government bunch.

So looks like we will continue to be doomed and the government will be owned by the Predatory Capitalism crowd. yay...

Not if we wise up. I don't think we need to eliminate government to get them out (and yes, they are found on both sides of the aisle, and no, I am not saying Obama is exempt)

I think Occupy is going to make politics very uncomfortable for everybody this election cycle, and that includes the Dems and Obama (who has already been "mic checked" by Occupy).
