Kinda hard to describe. Yes, very jazz oriented but they are also a jam band.
Theband was founded by Page McConnel of Phish, the bassist, Otiel Burridge from the Allman Brothers and the drummer, Russell from the Funky Meters.
No guitarist. The bassist plays alot of lead so it sounds like Phish meets George Benson with a bass guitar. They're very good....and very different. I love music and I've never heard anything like them.
