Bachmann drops out

After 6th place finish in Iowa...even her far right politics couldn't disguise the fact that she's a (gasp) woman. Now if the party can just get rid of that Mormon!

Were/are Repubs unaware Palin was/is a woman?

BTW Glad she dropped out. I'm afraid this year I won't be voting for a candidate but against Obama. But with Bachman out at least I'll be voting.

That's what blind hatred will do Del. If my neighbor brought home a dead baby to "bond" with his family i'd call the authorities. You on the other hand would think that he is a perfect candidate to run the country.:zz:

If the November election can be successfully presented to the electorate as a REFERENDUM on Obama, the R's have a chance. In reality, however, all elections are about CHOICE, and the electorate will decide in another "lesser of two evils" contest. Just don't see any of the R's getting enough hearts racing to oust the incumbent.

She was an idiot..that was her weakness.

Of course Perry is just a little less the idiot.

That's why he'll soon follow.

I'm thinking that there may be a huge push by the John Birchers to get rid of Mitt, and go with Santorum (TM). This is getting very interesting!

I will miss Marcus, however!

nice cartoon.
if she had that dismal a showing in her backyard, she surely recognized she didn't have a shot in hell. not surprised she dropped out; i expect perry to announce soon that he is out as well.

Santorum camp says they have raised over a million in contributions in past 24 hours...still way behind Romney in funding and organization but a second in NH and a win in SC could make things interesting.

Thank a higher power or whatever you dont believe in for being out. The next one should be Santorum, this guy is really out to freaking lunch. Cant support the Mormon either because he will always be LDS first.

Yay! 1 kook down, still a few to go!

Riot 01-04-2012 09:06 PM

Santorum thinks all birth control should be illegal. You should only have sex for reproductive purposes only. No sex for fun. And he'll work as President to make that come true.

There's plenty of reasons this loser kook wasn't re-elected in his Senate district. But, it's only Iowa. The number that voted were just 5.4% of the Iowa population.

Good grief, over 25,000 came out and voted for Obama. Huge organizational caucus turnout for an incumbent.

the same super pac that destroyed newt in iowa would already have ad's out on santorum if anyone in the romney campaign thought there was a 0.1% chance he could be a threat.

santorum 2nd in new hampshire and winning s. carolina is a romney wet dream. ditto for obama if santorum were the nominee.

no money and no organization was deadly 8 months ago. no one's going to suddenly beat romney for the nomination at this point other than romney.

You offend less people down here if you try to offend. When you try not to offend...why, that's where you stir up trouble.
