What exactly were the stewards reasoning for not taking down the #10?
Were they taking a post Thanksgiving lunch nap?
I don't even think they were gonna look at it until the Jockey made an Objection.

The #10 herds in 3 paths to the slam the #9 then makes contact a few more time to keep the #9 pinned to the rail.

It was one of the worst calls/ non calls I have seen in a while.
