Just saw that on the ABC eve news....Looked and sounded like an amnesiac.
No wonder with Perry and Cain crashing Newt is charging to the front...Now that is cause for alarm...for the GOP....

Ethics violations? Massive GOP election losses in the House on his watch? Unpopular impeachment of a President? Resignation in disgrace?

Naw, that won't be a problem for the Republican Party regarding Newt ;)

Newt is still the smartest choice for president.

I actually feel he is the best Republican candidate but hard to see him beating Obama.

Newt would absolutely destroy Obama in a debate where the mediators wouldn't interrupt every god-dam.ned second when they don't like an answer.

But that's not going to happen.

I hope so I love to see the hypocracy of the religious right as they endorse a man that

a. A completely out-of-touch half-million dollar charge accounts at Tiffany’s … Did he really think that would play well with middle America ? … or more likely .. Did he not even think about it ?
b. Having been married three times with some issues within them.
c. Newt proposed to his 2nd wife Marianne in 1980 while his first wife, Jackie, was in the hospital recovering from treatments for uterine cancer. He hadn't yet even asked her for a divorce. Newt met Jackie in high school. She was his geometry
teacher. He was sixteen, she was 25. When he left, Jackie was nearly destitute. Jackie, an Esquire story reports, "had to get a court order just to pay her utility bills."
d. Newt admitting being in the midst of an affair while he was going after Clinton for Lewinsky.
