Yeah, but she broke a bone in an ankle while in training earlier this year.

Bargain Blitz is a full to T D Vance. Summer Doldrums has a full in on THU at Keeneland.

With all the respect, affection and love in the world, his record was 16-5-4 from 46 starts. :)

I may not know much in this life but I probably could pen The Big and Shiny Pop Up Book of Hong Kong Legends at this point... :D

Not sure how many you've owned, but I'd give my left nut to own a three time Hong Kong Mile winner. I've already given half a small fortune for a few maiden and allowance wins. This is a tough game and only someone who hasn't invested themselves would discredit a horse that won a stakes three times.

Enlighten me. Exactly how did MMSC discredit the horse?

She didn't.

I'm figuring someone was either very fatigued or in a bad mood.

I think someone else was actually just poking fun at her own love for a certain winner of a certain G1.

Oh.

Didn't seem that way, but I guess it won't hurt to go with that.

I am so confused.

I did advanced search, the word Hong and my name with thread titles only...

http://www.derbytrail.com/forums/sea...earchid=867203 ***

(which means that individual horses who had their own threads aren't there)

(Wow this is a little embarrassing!)

This is my love, my passion, my hobby, my happiness, my dirty litle secret, what I do when I can't sleep.

These are my favorite horse in the world.

I'd rather watch them than any G1 here.

I keep track of them when they leave home (Hong Kong Raiders!), see who went for a swim when I'm bored... (Shut up I do have a life! Really! :D).

How anyone could ever get the wrong idea is beyond me.

I felt weird correcting Steve because he know more about everything than I will if I lived to be a thousand and two...

No I am not an owner, I never want to be an owner (I wouldn't allow them to run! :D)... I donate when I can and if I ever could afford to own racehorses I would just assume make donations (single mom so I have enough to worry about and it's the easy way I guess...I am responsible for enough so yeah take the money and go do good with it but I can't do the day to day stuff for anyone else on two legs or four).

I'm sorry if I somehow gave the wrong idea. I can't imagine how.

I am a huge Good Ba Ba fan and would never disrespect him in a million years.

I was kinda trying to do the opposite and make sure his record was correct.

He won HK $59,026,500 which is over $7 million in American dollars...

He deserves to have it right!

Thanks Bigs, Ms. Risk and Charles.

Record / replays...

Okay I really need to go and wake up now...

*** edit - If you go to search, do advanced search, the word Hong or Kong, titles, my name for username and click search you'll see what I mean. The link is not working. I'll be quiet now.

Got that wrong. Wall Dance a 3yo full to Summer D is in the 8th today. First route, first grass.

"I am a huge Good Ba Ba fan and would never disrespect him in a million years."

So am I. People over here have no idea how good a horse he was and the roaring of the standing room only grandstand as he charged down the lane. It is like people over here slagging Silent Witness and asking who he ever beat. They just tried to race Ba Ba for too long and he just wasn't as fast in his last few races .Age gets to us all.

I actually was referring to a different poster, who has put up with some good-natured ribbing for her love of a particular G1 winner.

I'm just sorry a horse with a name like, "Wendy and Her Cats" is not one of the blue bloods mentioned. Because that name is a sack full of win.
