Her ignorance flies on so many levels.

First off.. it's not illegal for gays to marry. Its just not recognized by many states and the US government. No body is going to get arrested for marrying someone they love of the same gender.. anywhere (well at least not in the USA).

Second, it IS illegal for a public company to discriminate against a customer or employee based on sexual orientation in the state of New Jersey.

Third... what idiot turns down cash money in this economy?

NJ will likely rally behind this girl. The majority of the state is socially progressive and this woman's business will probably suffer severely as who doesn't know and empathize with someone gay at this point?
