Vosburgh

Starting in the late 1800's - W. S. Vosburgh was the Jockey Club's Handicapper for about 40 years. He assigned handicaps for over 300,000 horses. He would also occasionally write columns.

Since it's been raining here for the last hour - and I can't run - here are a few cuts I saved of some of his more interesting comments, stories, takes, etc.
