Anyone here workout?

I have started to workout again, and I found that my left shoulder huts anytime I have done any kind of chest exercises like the fly and the chest press machine. I have had this problem before, i thought it would go away.

Do rotator cuff exercises.

Sounds like you could have a tear in your labrum.

Sound like you need to quit working out.

Have had a similar issue. Went to Dr. who after a 5 minute exam of a few range of motion exercises tells me its a product of getting older. Gee thanks for the in-depth diagnosis.

Good health providers usually aren't covered by insurance, as their aim is to make you better.

Whatever you do, don't research your condition on the internet.
