The odds are against him. He'll have to prove the incidents in the past aren't going to repeat themselves and the amount of stress he's under now has to be through the roof.

Of course he could be a little slow and completely oblivious to the situation he's in. So I'm just hedging on my assumption.

The longer it drags out, with the short fields, the harder it will be for him to get back.
