Great Mare...had the great bloodlines being a 2nd and 3rd generation off spring of Northern Dancer and Ribot.

I'm not sure how I missed this. How sad. She lived a long life and gave us some great memories. It was great that Goldikova's accomplishments increased discussions about Miesque, not that we weren't thinking about her before. It just inspired us to relive those moments. RIP sweetheart.
