Placed an order at the end of November got nothing but apologies including a promise to refund and send. Now nothing but silence! Complete ripoff. I wish whoever warned me after I had placed my order had done it sooner. Avoid this site.

I have met the people behind HorseHats.com... they are nice, honest and successful. Any business is going to have a few problems on a case by case basis.

after 5 emails and 3 broken promises I think not. I will say I've ordered from them twice before and it was fine. BTW They were warned this was coming and nothing!!!!

Maybe I will start up a like business, sounds like theirs is closed.

I ordered from them with no response or refund either...this was about 4 years ago in vegas...

i have ordered at least 5 hats and shirts, received them all, although sometimes late and follow ups were needed.

Yea apparently Dave Williams has very poor communication skills and zero business credibility. This post was meant more of a public service driven by internal rage rather than any type of threat. I'm not going to be guilty of spewing vitriolic rhetoric. At least not after Steve does his editing. :D
