Why? Because he believes he has finally unraveled the most difficult issue on the handicapping planet: form cycle!

I think Schwartz has done some fine research on handicapping, but there some things that can't be quantified with numbers of run through a computer. Dave's just trying to push a book to the tech nerds at PA.
