A great filly won this weekend

Goldikova won the Prix de la Foret. I'm hopeful that she can overcome the Pyrenees once again.

I thought this was a thread about Winter Memories.

didn't she set a record for group one victories with her win?

ZENYATTA & JUSTIN BIEBER BEST EVER!!

She's no Z … but that was a pretty nice effort by Goldilocks over the soft ground.

Still say she gets beat at CD, tho…

No Z??? Hahahahahaah...

She's faced 10x the talented horses that Zenyatta's ever faced. Certainly not a horse here who has a prayer of beating Goldikova. Goldikova's 3rd straight BC Mile win will almost be as satisfying as Zenyatta finally losing in the Classic...it will be akin to mighty Washington's football program beating oh, I don't know, USC?

Goldilocks would get buried at real distances (10, 12f)…

You really are a tard...She is a Miler. That's like me saying Speightstown would have gotten drowned at 1 1/8 or longer. Well no **** sherlock, he would have, he was a sprinter. Goldikova is a Miler. There's no helping you.

The Indomitable DrugS 10-03-2010 10:53 PM

Goldikova would be fine going further than a mile. She's run just once beyond 10fs and was 3rd to the undefeated Arc winner Zarkava. She has a Gr 1 win at 9fs over a colt who came back to take a Group 1 over Twice Over next out.

And that's why Z is superior to Goldilocks … and to Speightstown, for that matter … dope…

She's not superior to Goldikova because of that...some horses are bred to go certain distances...ahh, ya know what, I won't knock ya anymore, I understand you are on edge seeing as how you will be making your last bet in about a little over a month, as well as the fact that USC blows right now. I'll lighten up.

Which is why Zenyawner has spent most of her career running in 10 and 12 furlong stakes races.

I certainly don't have Zenyatta there...
