Is's safe to text while you drive as long as you're not going faster than 95 mph. This guy was going 100 mph.

I'm obviously kidding. Texting while you drive is extremely dangerous at any speed. They did some experiments on this and it was shown that texting while you drive can be even more dangerous than drinking and driving:

"Studies reveal that a person who is texting while driving at the speed of 35 mph will cover 25 ft before bringing the car to complete halt as compared to a distance of 4 ft which a drunk driver would cover at the same speed."

I never saw where it mentioned anything about him texting. He was just driving like a maniac.

I doubt he was texting. The article said he was going 100 mph. It would be almost impossible to text while driving 100 mph.

Looks like something out of one of the Burnout video games! Glad the guy didn't get killed.
