So we'll get to watch Rachel on TVG, "select Fox Sports affiliates" or on NTRA.com. This is the first I heard of it, but I'll definitely be watching. Webcast starts at 5:45pm with Randy Moss.

ETA: Okay this is insane, Jess Jackson just said he thought Zenyatta was more likely to come face Rachel at Monmouth for this ungraded race so that was a factor in not going in the Ruffian. The man needs help.

I imagine we're gonna be talking about this race for awhile. She wins, and we're gonna go 'only by 3' or whatever. Biancone was high on Queen Martha, but still. I do wonder about the heat. Nearly 100 degrees, and they didn't push her, but what's she gonna get out of that effort?

i know monmouth tried to get her, but i can't believe he actually thought she'd come. that's a joke. i think he just wanted to make the point clear that her folks were asked, but declined. i watched the race, but not the interviews.

Eh, is it really any more ludicrous than flying over the Rockies? Really?
