Saratoga Opening Day

The card is up on DRF.com, no pp's yet.
The 7-9 pick 3 looks decent enough.

In this day and age, that is a really solid field for a 75k stake. It came up stronger than most grade 1 sprints will this year.

I wish they had snuck in some Jersey breds or 7.5k beaten claimers, then it would have been an A.

I dont know that I would bring up claimers after the Spring Belmont meet which was the worst in its history....You should be able to have great fields at Saratoga, its Saratoga for a reason.

You have a G1 winner, 3 G2 winners, 2 G3 winners, a G2 placed, and a G3 placed all in a 75k stakes. That is nuts.

It was ok last year if my memory serves me, not nearly as good but ok. Riley Tucker was beaten chalk, and Pyro returned in it.
