real big fan of this horses after his last, i understand the reason to run here for the 400K, but i sometimes good horses come out of the bull ring (charles town) flat in there next few, them tight turns take it out of them

He shipped in silver edition as well and neither move seemed to make much sense.

I am anxious to see Comedero step up in company. There aren't too many horses that fast that can corner the way he does. I wonder if his connections are considering the Kings Bishop.

They're not. He's a gelding and they're going for $, not Grade I's.

Good point. I didnt even think about it that way. His owners were there last night (at least i think that was them).

I guess maybe some stake at monmouth then.

Did they really say they're not going to Saratoga? The commentator there asked Stidham afterwards and he didn't necessarily say Saratoga was out of the question. It's not like there are many big money races out there elsewhere, right?

I heard that they were specifically not going to Saratoga yesterday before the race, but it's entirely possible that they'll change their mind. There's got to be an easier spot w/ comparable or more money, though.

I suppose they could stretch him out but I hoped A Little Warm would be the only 3YO sprinter foolishly stretched out this summer.

I hope they send him to Saratoga. I think he'd absolutely throttle the best 3YO sprinters out there right now, especially D'Funnybone. Now, if only D. Wayne saw the light with Dublin or if Afleet Express is shortened back up, then it becomes a different issue.

I thought it was a good card with some excellent racing.Comedero blew them away, and Ness snuck one in for a win.

In that race that Ness won, did anyone notice the ride that his horse was given? It was a very clever piece of race riding or at least it appeared to be on first watch. The jockey seemed to wait on the favorite and then kept him boxed in around the turn allowing his mount to get the decisive first run.

Great ride from what i saw.

I believe he is coming for the Amsterdam and King's Bishop.
