On NTRA, say that Sinister Minister is back Sept 2 at Del Mar

I'd noticed the regular works and wondered what was taking so long. Glad to see him back. I'm a bit stubborn about toss-outs (ie that Keenland race), so I'm still curious about how good Sinister Minister really is.

But the horse I really want to see back is Sharp Humor.
