TVG's Trackside Live picked up on Sports South

I'm watching Zenyatta walking over now. Just saw Hey Elvis win. I'm glad it's gonna have a chance to pick up some more viewers.

It's also on NTRA.com with special coverage there.

Now you can listen to Todd Schrupp, who just said that Zenyatta returned thoroughbred racing to the pages of newspapers. I hope the editors of every major newspaper that have dropped racing coverage over the last three years were listening.

TVG is downright embarrassing.

More important than Horse Racing is knowing who came in 17th in the JV crabwalk.

Yeah I heard that and raised my eyebrows. I wanted to tell him nobody in your average paper writes about horse racing any more because of Zenyatta. My family has very little idea of who she is. I'm sure Todd's right though isn't he? I gotta believe everything I see on tv, I'm sure.

I had to make my father watch a race of hers, he saw her do the dancing and stuff, saw her win, made your noises of being impressed, and can't remember who I'm talking about whenever I say the name. Rachel Alexandra, he knows her. Of course he's a TC race watcher and that's it. It's a frustration. I explained you gotta know who Zenyatta is, c'mon.

Man, if looks alone were enough to do it, she's got it sewn up. It's like you think someone's good looking, and then Brad Pitt or some supermodel enters the room. ETA: They're saying she's lost weight. This does bother me, but it tells you how amazing she is if this is a little below her most robust.
