5/20: Belmont Park ($26k C/O)

Wednesday's late quad proved tricky indeed despite straightforward appearance, as parade of 'possible but not lovable' winners produced $3k P4 and P6 carryover of $26,600. The three price winners were buried in the selections as 4th choices, so it was highly unlikely that a winning play was going to be put together, as the sequence paid twice the parlay. Hope you did well. In addition to the NY carry, there is a $73k C/O at Hollywood as well...

I'm diving into the Belmont Late PK 4 as well, today.

Double check the numbers in the 6th race. I believe Elusive Beat is the (5), not the (3).

L/C,

Thx.. Was right in the P4 but wrong in the race selects... The more I played with the tabs and wrote them up, the more fun the sequence looked. Should be a good day of racing... Enjoy!

Looks like some key scratches, especially in the nightcap. Now I'm looking more at the 11, Logical Order.

The 8th is down to 6 horses, most of which have a chance to win.

Belmont Late PK 4

6th) Agree with Steve that New Madrid's preferred surface may end up being turf, but tough to include knowing it's a prep for the Belmont, and facing older horses for the first time.
4 - Spanish Art
5 - Elusive Beat
7 - Cherokee Speed
1A - Wild Entry

7th
3 - Spacy Tracy
7 - Untamed Glory (Catellano back on, chance to take them all the way without another serious pace threat)

8th. Now down to a field of just 6, hoping Lemon Spice stays within striking distance of longshot and lone speed candidate Eighttofasttocatch.
1 - Lemon Spice
4 - Carson Hall

9th 1A Supreme Serene should handle these, but still makes me nervous.
1A - Supreme Serene
10 - Logical Order
8 - Always Fishin

4x2x2x3 = $48 for $1

Good luck

Did not think the 2 Kindergarten Kid would get the trip needed to win the 6th.
That hurt.
