Outstanding news!!!

Steve - has LD had any official works since his last start?

Kasept 05-04-2010 02:48 PM

Redboard King set for Sunday with a second sprint start at PHA before a possible stretchout...

Lloydobler galloped a strong 1.5 miles today in anticipation of entering a 7f MSW for Saturday at Belmont. Our Smarty Jones colt had missed a day here and there thanks to some crappy weather and an achy stifle that has bothered him for a week or so.

Good luck to both of hem.

I wasn't planning on cutting Redboard back in distance but this race was hurting for entries and since we got very little out of the first race another sprint will help. The field is 7 now but may scratch down to 5. A brief glance shows some speed in there and hopefully Tony can workout a good trip and pass a few of them in the stretch.
