Random Derby shoutout
 

I'm watching Letterman right now, and you know how they'll cut into commercials with a joke over footage of the audience and go back to ads? This time there were two cards, the first goes "If this show were a horse, it would win the Kentucky Derby!" and then "Topical jokes are the best!"

Dave's always been good for dropping Derby references in this time of year. Someone get the man to buy in on a horse. Has he done his usual mimic of "and DOWN the stretch they come!" yet? I missed the monologue.

Heck, he went to college in Indiana. Seems logical he made it to the Derby at least once.

Yeah, Ball State isn't exactly a NON-party school! My son did his 5 years there. Dave's seen his share of drunks in Muncie.
