You have a better idea? The way they are dropping, and filling, a dart board is a better angle. You can listen to this one and that one, but when it comes down to it, they are guessing too.

I could have thrown a dart a thousand times at 20 names last year and still wouldn't have come up with Mine That Bird. Still stunning.

After the draw today, I sat scratching my head and decided to go back to what I did the year Giacomo won.

I took 20 index cards, wrote a number on each one, threw them up in air. The ones that landed face down, I discarded. The ones that landed face up I threw up in the air again. I did this until I was left with one card facing up.

In 2005, it was Giacomo. Dumb me only bet $20 show.

The number that came up today is #5 - Line of David - the horse I've been leaning toward all along. It must be an omen.:D

That's the technique they use in Erie, PA.
