reason number 452,092 why I hate ESPN

Every year at Derby time I look forward to the ESPN SportsCentury on Secretariat, and every year I TiVo it (and my TiVo box craps out at some point during the year). So, scanning the programming guide for the "four-letter" and the a$$holes are NOT showing that program this year! WTF?!?!? There showing the SportsCentury on Affirmed/Alydar, Citation and Bill Shoemaker, but NO Secretariat.

May Chris Berman choke on a hotdog and die...

Yeah, but they do give us Hank Goldberg's handicapping insights:zz:

Hank is Hi-Def is reason #1 why I like ESPN, followed closely by Erin Andrews in any "def"

Yeah, it was Chris Berman's decision, so wish him harm.... geeeze take a Valium or Xanax, or buy it on DVD

Which reminds me... isn't the Hot Dog eating contest next weekend?

If that is a serious question, it's usually July 4th.

What happens to your Tivo that it craps out every year??

Even if it does crap out, why don't you download the shows you really like off of your Tivo and archive them on your PC?

Actually, just I prefer to blame ESPN rather than myself... (switched providers and lightning strike...)

Damn ESPN!

I strongly suggest you put a high quality surge suppressor on your Tivo (and computer) to protect against power issues.

A UPS would be preferable, but if not, make sure you get a surge protector that will no longer pass power to your devices once the surge suppression ability is lost (most power strips lose their protective ability within a few years, yet still provide power to devices, leaving you with a false sense of protection).

I'm pretty sure there is an upcoming ESPN 30 for 30 film about Charismatic - wouldn't be surprised if it was aired around Belmont week.

ESPN just reported that Eskendereya is out. Apparently hall of fame jock JERRY BAYLOR will be on to report further shortly :D

You might want to tune into NFLTV and get randy moss take on the nfl draft.Espn so interested in horse racing they let him go to NFLTV and they keep regular spots for bowling? If Tod, Bob,Rick, and Steve could get there owners to just put the money up for a Texas Holdum League, Im sure ESPN would cover it and mabe some horseracing info will slip in. It would need to be live coverage because if it is not the racing tidbit will be edited out. Of course they could always pre empt the horseracing part with late breaking news about the coruption on the BIG BASS tour.
