Jail is the only answer for these scumbags. I'm sure a slap on the wrist will follow since they have infiltrated all of government.

it's a civil case so you'll be disappointed if you expect anyone goes to jail.

the filing was particularly bad timing for republicans.

i know the real position isn't always reflected in messaging but i was surprised by the announced uniform opposition of republican senators to the financial reform bill. it's an interesting hill they decided to pretend they'd die for.

the 2 most unpopular institutions these days are government and banks.

they've had success painting dems as the big government party. why volunteer themselves as defender's of the other unpopular institution?

yeah. the veep looks to have problems.

but after the bear stearns case was a giant fail, i wonder how much he really has to worry about.
