There used to be an easy way to find the list of contest races. I couldn't figure it out. There also used to be insider pics - didn't see them listed either.

I just downloaded the PP's and picked horses that had run before and had trainers. Some of them like Dark Cloud Dancer seemed to have a decent enough bloodline for the race but nothing as far as preps. I've been burned on that type the last 2 contests.

I don't like the changes but it's not like I was killin in that contest. I had one good year - got a hat and pen & pencil set.

They didn't list the contest races so who knows when to watch your horses.

ok, apparently there are no "contest" races. Every race your horse is in is a contest race. The points are $$$

how is everyone doing witht he Queen's Plate?
I was feeling pretty good when I made it to 8th place within $8k of 1st place two weeks ago.

now I am well out of it down past 200th place. I have 3 of them running this saturday but need the one that no one else has to win :o

I'm pretty far out of it myself.. #424th place... Have 4 horses running in the Queenston. D's Wando, Stormy Lord, and Hollinger, Ghost Fleet. The whole field but 2.

Essence Hit Man isn't part of the contest. I went with Emma Jane Wilson :rolleyes:

at Least Dark Cloud Dancer won for me today. Now I can move up to 2nd to last

I got bumped up about 100 places to 320th :o

I don't see a scenerio where we get in the money
but it was fun for a little while

It runs thru July..Still got a ways to go.. Don't despair yet...

I'm just looking at the top people and they have most of my horses along with the big earners I don't
the only thing that could happen is for the big money earners to stop earning and my not run a race yet horses to show up big.

I guess if Giacamo can win the Ky Derby I can hope for a different result
