Video Capture software

Anyone know any freeware where I can capture video and save it as an MPEG?

I want to be able to save replays off of Twinspires.com.

I looked at this site, and if I am grabbing a replay off of Twinspires, there is no link for the site, which is what you need. BS privacy and ownership crap.
