Lost Aptitude question
THis was a horse that i really liked and was very surprised with how poorly he ran on Sat. Now i iknow a ton of you will jump on and say "how can you say you were surprised etc etc." but i really thought he would run ok and from what i saw in the replay he did right up until the end of the backstretch. My ? is this, did something go wrong with the horse injury wise? Why did he just stop running? blocked airway? I mean he had run that fast before and been able to finish albiet on turf but i figured his speed may carry a little better on the main. obviously i was way wrong. BTW another horse i really liked for the KD Coliezio totally bombed at GP on Sunday so all the way around a really bad weekend for me.
