Not counting yesterdays snowfall, there has been more snow in Roanoke in the last 2 months than in the previous 5 years combined. This wind today is not helping things either.

When it snows like this, it is real fun, I love it, it is the petty 1-3 inch stuff every four days that drives me insane.

I get a real kick out of people and how squirrely they get becuase of the snow, like they haven't seen it, but lived here for 40 years.

2hrs outside. our drive, side walk and 7 cars blown out.
the 60mph winds came through briefly this morning. now gust are down to 20-25mph. about 14" of snow, this round....... maybe more on monday. :wf :wf :wf

I feel your pain, Darrin. 23" on Saturday, 23" more today here in Eldersburg. I've got 50 ft of two wide driveway to shovel to get out to the street but that's got 5ft drifts in the middle of it so I doubt I'm going anywhere before Fri. Thanks goodness the wife gave me a case of Four Roses Small Batch for Christmas, and Daytona is running this weekend......:tro:
