Calder "Casino" opens today

Calder opens the doors to its 1200 unit "Slotsino". Not sure the impact on Fla horsemen. It is in a seperate bldg from the racetrack and I am told you will not be able to play the horses from that bldg.

If the reaction to this post from a week ago is any indication the calder casino is in deep doodoo. Really though I have found there is only 2 self service betting machines in the whole casino and a few tvs that show the races.
