Making Work tax credit question????

I am currently filing my taxes and noticed that it has me down for an extra $400 for the Making Work Tax credit. Before I send this in, how do I make sure I am suppose to get this so I do not find out later that I owe money. I don't know if it matters, but I am working two jobs.
