"Favorite Simulcast Analyst"

They voted on this on some poll at thoroughbredtimes.com

You had 19 options....

The winner: Jill Byrne (730 votes)

2nd place: Mike Battaglia (671 votes)

3rd place: Kurt Hoover (264 votes)

4th place: Andy Serling (252 votes)

5th place: Katie Mikolay (210 votes)

Rich Ruda checked in 19th.

This list is pretty funny for a variety of reasons ....

If only Katie would learn the difference between Delta and Delaware - she might have outnodded two of the very best in Serling and Hoover.

I've got to wonder how those guys feel about getting totally trounced by Battaglia and barely edging out Mikolay.

This may be a sign that racing really is doomed.

'BUTT-HEAD' definitely should have won.

Hard to believe Jessica P wasn't in the top 5. She's just about the only one that I don't mute.

(Good to see they're still real.)

Katie is better looking ... and is kind of like an 11 year old girl trapped in a hot young womans body.

There have been many times when I've fantasized about seeing Chuck C. Lopez strangling him to death on a Trips and Traps taping ... but yeah, he should have won.

A few other guys down on the list should have also had MUCH better showings.

I vote for Jason Blewitt and Antyhony Mormino. Its a tie. :D

This is what I imagine a BTW press confrence simulcasted in the Pace Advantage War Room would look like the day of him hitting a 24/1 longshot earlier on with his top pick...

The role of sports writer Dan Shaughnessy played by Light ... and the role of sportswriter Bob Ryan played by CMoore.
