He's gone, they are married to Cutler. They traded for him and gave him an extention. They need to get a coach in there who will get the most out of him. Lovie is definately not that guy.

He might not be gone because of his contract, he is guaranteed like 10 million if they fire him.

They are going to fire a few assistants and keep Lovie. He's got one more year.
