he deserves it. he was messing around with racing here. he had a vested interest in who got the franchise and the vlt's. basically he had been in office so long ,his hand was in everything. a poster child for term limits!

I guess that Earle Mack may need to rename the six-figure NY-bred filly that he bought from Bruno (out of a mare that Mack culled from his broodmare band and sold to Bruno for a nominal sum) and subsequently named Exonerated.
