It is effective 2 days ago when I signed the papers, now back in Ohio finishing up all the stuff.

4 miles from the ocean, and I love that air coming in. I'm short on time 2nite but let me say I struck gold.

Ocean air my friends every day, a gated community and the sun will rise up thru my screened in balcony facing the east over a lake and a nice golf course.

I'm happy;)

PM me if ya feel like taking a road trip to Ocala sometime to see the horse farms and play some golf. 2 hrs from Jacksonville.

Gotta laugh tonite. Just days away from leaving for good from central Ohio and its sleeting / raining with a wind warning tomorrow. projected gusts to over 55 mph with snow / rain etc.

Escaped from Ohio 33 years ago. It's been all uphill, warmer, and sunny. Only thing I use to miss was the Cleveland Browns....don't have to worry about that anymore!
