10/30: Keeneland (1st-10th)
 

Couldn't get the P4 single through in the Keeneland feature Thursday, but was a moderately successful afternoon nonetheless. Sixth race Best Value Remand paid a gaudy $15.60 and started a P3 that brought back $167 for a $1. Hope you did well!

Gave penultimate day at Keeneland a full card look with Dee Tee Stables' Kickin N Screamin featured in the 2nd.. Plus, I'm traveling to Califiornia Saturday and won't get much out in the way of Selections this weekend.

In the first, I'm looking at #2 Royal Rossi. I realize picking the 7-2 tepid ML favorite isn't exactly going out on a limb, but I think his last was a bit better than it appeared. Don't expect him to get bet heavily due to the 6th place finish. He sat way back in a strung out field, and closed well enough to catch my eye, while still finishing an unimposing 6th. Losing the blinkers, and adding an extra 1/16th of a mile today.

Enjoy your trip out Steve. I'm in San Diego now and the weather is perfect.

Kickin N Screamin opened at odds of 9-2

They've bet this Warbling like she has wings... Still a firster no matter how good she may be.

Wow! Very impressive!

She was as advertised. Final furlong in :11.60.

Without urging.. But I'm always hesitant about these 3+ MSW's this time of year.

Considering her sire, it's not really a surprise it took them this long to get her in a race. My guess is staying healthy will be her biggest obstacle.

Runner up that I liked is an Unbridled's Song as well!
