Eclectic day of racing around North America with the premium lawn events at Toronto ($2,000,000 G1 Pattison Canadian International) and Far Hills, NJ ($250,000 G1-NSA Grand National Hurdle Championship). Calder's Festival of the Sun has an All-Stakes P4 and more, while Belmont and Keeneland (Perryville/QE II Challenge Cup) offer their large pool P4's. The one proviso on all the action Saturday is the cool, wet weather that has threatened most of the Northeast corridor all week.
