People are up in arms about the format in which he chose to discuss the entire situation. I say the way he did it beats the freak show press conference, most of the cheating politicians choose to air they're dirty laundry! He is a comedian, he made light of it yes in keeping with the nature of his job, and his show. He also didn't try to hide from the fact that yes he had sex with women on his staff, not the first to do it and will not be the last. Their may or may not be more to this story, thus far he may have very well done the best thing to protect not only his own family, but the women involved in his past encounters. I heard that a 48 Hours Producer is the person who tried to extort Dave, and I'm glad he has the slime ball locked up!
These are my thoughts on what I've heard about the situation to this point. If it comes out that Dave used his position to intimidate these women, or exchanged favors or any crap like that, of course he was wrong to do so! I understand he's been in a relationship with a women, and or married for 23 years, if he's betrayed that trust then that was also a poor decision on his part, but it's between him and the women involved. Like I said earlier, he's not the first to do it, and he will not be the last.
