Yeah, 20k to 700k in a few short months.

My guess is that this announcement is a mere prelude to his impending retirement due to some injury or another. He's gotta have some serious issue.

Probably only has two more starts in him.

It is what it is. God forbid he wins the BC Sprint and gets hurt training for something else when he'll have then already have done enough.
