What do they mean by "open minded?"

Love horses & riding.
Be good with people & get along with women as well as men.
Be able to be a good friend, partner and always take care of business and what needs done before playing. (okay to whistle while you work and blend fun with work)
Be fun and looking for more of a longterm thing and not just a free ride or party. This comes with a paying onsite job also.
This is a walk into new life with a nice vehicle, great furnished room, all meals & drinks, your own horse, phone, internet with furnished computer, great new friends and a very fun laid back life in a very,very cool place and a $200 -$400 a week pay depending on business and how much you want to work.
