Consultants are a lot like marketing people.

If they don't say or do things that make themselves look important, people will stop paying them.

That's really their bottom line.

The exposed pipes and old charm are part of what makes Saratoga. Could it use a face lift in some areas? Sure. But who doesn't when they're that old?
