BC "DIRT" races

Should they go to Cal and prep at Delmar as opposed to Saratoga? Some of the eastern horses have used Keenland and they have the fall meet there. Will we see more eastern horses heading west this year?

We'll certainly see more Eastern handicappers heading west this year.
