Saw this on Steve Crist's blog.

Preakness itself was up 29%. Probably a combo of last years one horse event and the excitement of this years race.

Think the folks at NYRA are doing everything they can to get MTB and RA to run?

based on the quotes Kasept posted, MTB will likely be at the Belmont.. RA on the other hand, I'd be surprised if they entered her there... of course, we'll see how everyone comes out of today's race first..
