He hasn't run in this kind of race for quite a while.
Lets see how he comes out of this. 7th is bad.

It wasn't about the one race Scav... it's the fact that today proved he's not THE best horse in the USA. JMO.

Even if he needed a race as many speculated, I really thought FA should have run better than 7th. to live up to the hype

I know that you didn't say that... but plenty of people on here have been talking about that for a while and I haven't been that impressed with him. I honestly didn't think he'd run that poor though... hope he's ok.

it does when you are only going to race 4 times. invasor and bernardini are much better.

Yeah, but it's worth 50%...particularly with a horse as well known as FA is.
